Colorless blown nonlead glass tumbler; tapered body with pontil mark on bottom; polychrome enamel-painted decoration consisting of bird perched on heart on top of tufts of grass, flanked by scrolls, with floral sprays meeting on other side of tumbler; scalloped line and painted bands below rim.
