Brass-colored metal pin with text, "35th ANNUAL CONVENTION/SOUVENIR/SEAL OF THE CITY OF ELMIRA 1884". Pin surmounted by a firehelmet and crossed speaking trumpets, and a sylized seal of the city of Elmira below the main pin. Gold ribbon attached below the pin, with a metal and enamel badge suspended from the ribbon. Maltese cross badge with a circular central panel featuring a scene with a firefighter statue on a tall pedistal surrounded by trees. Central design surrounded by blue enameled section with text, "FIREMENS ASSN./STATE OF N.Y." Four arms of the cross feature text and images: top: "ELMIRA, N.Y." right: image of a fire hydrant, bottom: "AUG. 21-23 1907", left: ladder.
