Metal pin with badge suspended from a ribbon. Pin consists of a half circle containing a seal with firefighting equipment at text, "HUDSON NEW YORK", over a rectangular bar with red enamel text, "MEMBER", over a dated ribbon design, "AUGUST 21-22 1923". The red, white, and blue vertically stripped ribbon is attached to the back of the pin. The metal badge is suspended from the ribbon, oval design depicts a view of a firehouse in a small town with text over, "FIFTY-FIRST ANNUAL CONVENTION".
