Inside are twelve postcards with black and white photos of subjects including children playing in a city park, a ticker-tape parade police motorcade, a child hunting through a barrel of marbles, a 1950's car with huge fins, a drive-in restaurant, a man silhouetted against a lake swinging a small child from each arm, babies in a hospital nursery, as well as scenes of outdoor and home life from 1941 through 1963.
