A wood hanger with a very narrow gauge hook at the top and a lower hook below, possibly for holding another hanger. It is printed on the front "De Saussure Equipment", and is part of a set of four, probably from luggage such as a steamer trunk, or from a hotel or steamship line that used a narrow gauge hanger rod to discourage the theft of hangers.
