This flag represented the Kingdom of Italy from 1848-1946, when the shield was removed yielding the current red, white and green flag. Printed "Zira Cigarettes" at the top edge. Description: 
A small natural beige silk cloth printed with a woman in a short green and red plaid skirt and knee socks, draped with tartan shawls and carrying a bright yellow flag with red borders and a red rampant lion in the center labeled "Scotland". This image was first used in 1222 as the Scottish royal seal by Alexander II, son of William the Lion, but has not had an official use since Scotland came under British rule. This Scottish flag is strictly speaking, only be used by a Scottish monarch, therefore only by Her Majesty the Queen in her official capacity as Queen of Scots. In actuality, it tends to be used as a second national flag. Begining in 1998, Queen Elizabeth began to this image as the Scottish Royal standard during visits to Scotland.
