Description:
This woman's hand fan is made of paper shaped like a Chinese lantern and has a wood handle. One side has a print in red of the Chinese lantern with a woman's face in the center The reverse reads in black "Buy The Radcliffe Shoe/ For Women/ For Sale By Fred'k Gamash/ Boots, Shoes & Rubber Goods/ Newport, N.H.", with the address and a poem extolling the virtues of the Radcliffe shoe called "Our Leaders".

On one side it has a print of an imposing stone building and reads "Branch Office/ The Greenwich/ Savings Bank/ Sixth Ave. at 16th St." On the reverse it reads in green "You Owe Yourself / A Vacation/ Start Saving for next year's NOW/ The Greenwich/ Savings Bank", and lists a Broadway office at 36th St.
