Description: 
This black painted wooden box is a game and a thread holder. It has multi- colored floral decoration on the top with a poem called "Remembrance" and two slots marked "Question" and "Answer" through which sentences on two rollers can be read for a fortune telling game. Inside the lid is a label that reads in blue, red and gold "Use Clark's/ O.N.T./ Spool Cotton/ On White Spools/ George A. Clark, Sole Agent". Inside the box are pegs for six spools of thread-five are filled with Clark's Pure Dye; Corricelli Best Twist; Seavey, Foster & Bowman; and two Dauntless Machine Twist spools of thread. The two rollers inside are marked with sentences -one has questions like "Are You Fond of Flirting?" and the other has answers like "You Are Too Inquisitive" to make a comical fortune telling game.
