Green rectangular ribbon printed in silver and cut with an inward V at bottom. Silver decoration at top and bottom, and silver cross with "20" inside at center of ribbon. Above cross, ribbon embossed with the text "1861-1901/20th./TURNER REG'T" and below, "NEW-YORK/VOL'S/40th, Reunion". Pin attached at top back of ribbon.
