Shield-shaped felt patches; three black and one navy; all have white rayon eagle at top, perched over crossed anchors; and varying numbers of red felt chevrons at bottom of patch; three of the patches have one, two, and three chevrons respectively; the other has three chevrons with a curved stripe connected to the top chevron, with the anchors between the stripe and the chevron.
