Description:
God braided cord shoulder cord with gold colored metal ferrules at the ends which are decorated with acanthus leaves and Roman helmets; housed in rectangular black metal box with hinged lid, with maker's metal tag at the center.
Gallery Label:
This aglet was worn by Colonel George Creighton Webb (1853-1948). It was possibly worn during the Spanish-American War.
