Reverse contains inscription: "IN.HONOR.../OF.AN.AMERICAN/SCVLPTOR.../AVGVSTVS SAINT/GAVDENS.../SCVLPTORS.DINNER.OF.THE/MEDALLIC.ART.COMPANY.N.Y/APRIL.IX.MCMXXXVII."
