Description:
Metal and red, white and blue ribbon badge; top rectangular plate inscribed "100% DUTY" with hanging metal plate "1 YEAR" below; shield-shaped medal hangs from ribbon inscribed at center circle with "BAPTIZED BY FIRE/ 14"; circle surmounts four partial triangles with letters "N/ Y/ N/ G" inscribed around circle. Axe and laurel leaf imagery at top sides and bottom center of shield.
