A badge or medal with a silver colored metal pin bar embossed "N.Y.S.U.A", attached to a red, white and blue striped ribbon printed in gold "June 21, 22, 23, 1910", above a silver colored medallion embossed with a seal similar to the Seal of the State of New York with a city skyline in the background over the word "Excelsior", encircled by the words "Seal Of The City Of Rochester/eelted in 1812 Incorporated a city 1834".
