Description:
Crown on top of "CR" monogram, surmounting white enamel cross bordered in red, suspended from a white ribbon with red edging.
Gallery Label:
The Order of the Dannebrog was established by King Waldemar II of Denmark in 1219, and renewed by King Christian V in 1671. The Order has a Grand Commander class and three classes of the order; the second and third classes are each divided into two grades.
