Red silk ribbon suspended between two brass badges; at top is oval pin-back badge stamped with: "DELEGATE/POUGHKEEPSIE, NY 1909"; suspended from this badge is small heart; at bottom is cross with bridge inside seal in center, and "ANNUAL CONVENTION NEW YORK STATE FIREMEN'S ASSN." in seal border.
