Description:
Metal pin with suspended ribbon and badge. Pin includes a laminated plastic panel with text, "NEW YORK EXEMPT". White ribbon attached to the back of pin features two attached American flags above a plastic medallion depicting a firefighter rescuing a woman from a blaze.
