Tan silk ribbons with tin badge in center: one has "ARRGMT", other "FLOOR" incised on it; both badges encircled by gold wire formed into flower petals, and have gold tassel below; ribbons printed in gold ink with: "PROTECTION/ENGINE CO. NO 2".
