Description:
Aquamarine lead glass mold-blown bottle in original cardboard box; bottle's interior stained purple with residue of contents; flattened cylindrical form with curved shoulders, cylindrical neck, and tooled double lip sealed with cork; molded inscriptions on sides; rectangular cardboard box has black printed inscriptions on four sides and open top with notch for thumb; printed instruction sheet crumpled and lodged inside box.
