A white sample box printed in blue on one side with a mill with a waterwheel and the words "Old Grist Mill/ A Substitute For Coffee/ Potter & Wrightington/ Boston Mass." On the reverse, a print of a stream and the words " Old Grist Mill/ A Mixture/ Healthful & Nutritious". The sides have directions for preparation, ingredients and health claims.
