This tiny brown box held a sample of cereal. It reads on the front "Fully Cooked, Pre-Digested, Breakfast Food/ Grape-Nuts/ A food for the brain and nerve centres....". The box text attributes many pseudoscientific health benefits to the product. The back has directions for preparation.
