Description:
Pink silk breeches; fall flap front with interior button fly and two silk lined pockets; snap closures at the knee and large ties with metallic fringe on the ends and two decorative metal buttons; six gold painted metal suspender buttons around the waist; lined with white silk.

These breeches were worn as part of a costume worn by Enrico Caruso when he performed the role of Des Grieux in "Manon Lescaut."
