Silk lithographed presentation broadside of the Mercantile Library Association; printed text and floral scroll decoration in the corners and sides in blue ink on white silk; embroidered with white silk thread across the top and down the sides; silk embroidered ribbon with a floral pattern in green, pink, and blue with blue fringe; attached to wooden roller with nails at top.
