Description:
Shield-shaped metal brooch with oval onyx cameo at the center, hinged pin and hook on reverse; cameo depicts a female bust in mid-18th century dress, at three-quarters view, in white, against semi-transluscent rose-purple; cameo is set in plain, flat bezel, and is surrounded by scrolls and leaves, the outer edge of the brooch is beaded.
