Long, rectangular mechanical puzzle with twenty-five balls and twenty-five blocks; lithographed image on the cover and inside of the Brooklyn Bridge with steamships and sailing vessels in the harbor below; cover and interior inscribed, "B B B B PUZZLE/ BROOKLYN BRIDGE BLOCK BALL PUZZLE/ THE B. B. B. B. PUZZLE."
