Description:
Reddish-brown stained wood handle, tapers to end, curves in toward ferrule. Cylidrical, seamed metal ferrule with "////" pattern inscribed in a band around base. White bristles.
Gallery Label:
Devoe did not begin making brushes until the late 1870s. The company became F.W. Devoe & C.T. Raynolds in 1890.
