Description:
White cotton and metal lobster tail bustle; six white celluloid buttons up the front; twenty-two white celluloid buttons along the bottom which button to a white cotton ruffle; nine metal hoops covered in cotton sewn into the back panel to form the bustle; corset style criss-cross tie closure at the buttocks to tighten the fit of the top five hoops; lower hoops are tightened with elastic and metal buckle closures.
