Description:
Seven blackened copper colored metal military clothes buttons, the tops embossed with a spread winged eagle behind a shield with laurel branches and arrows in its talons and a "E Pluribus Unum" banner in its beak, all below a sunburst. The reverses of three are blank, one is engraved "R. Leibman Mfg. Co. Newark, N.J.", and three read "J.R. Caunt & Son, LTD./ Rouse's Point, N.Y." Probably vintage World War I.
