Description:
Pair of cast and wrought Sheffield plate cake baskets; deep, rectangular, boat-shaped bodies with molded horizontal rims and applied, cast beaded bands along the edges; seated on a concave, ovoid bases with beaded bands along the edges; four, hollow cast, ball feet applied to each base; no maker's marks.
