Description:
Cast silver plated candle snuffer; scissors form with flat, shaped arms; one arm with a triangular, pointed end and an applied rectangular pan with rounded corners; short, opposite arm fitted with a vertically applied conforming blade; two bands chased across the top of the pan; circular pivot with an applied, chased disk; ovoid grips joined to the arms with chased c-curves; two cast ball feet applied to the outsides of the grips and one to the base of the pointed arm; no maker's marks.
