Description:
Early Dutch pricket candlestick with a large domed base with baluster shape shaft topped by large bobeche with a four sided pricket in the center to receive the candle.

This pricket candleholder was purchased at Curtis Tavern, Granville, Massachusetts for 500 dollars.
