Reverse shows naval battle scene with legend above: "OCCIDIT SIGNUM HOSTILE SIDERA SURGUNT"; inscription in exergue: "INTER STA. UNI. NAV. AMERI./ET MACEDO. NAV. ANG. DIE/XXV OCTOBRIS/MDCCCXII."
