Description:
Seamed and wrought silver card case; rectangular body with rounded corners and scalloped sides; hinged lid with bezel; shell motifs engraved in the corners; floral engraving all over the body; banner shaped reserve on the center front engraved, "Ruth Lewis" in script; no maker's marks.
