Description:
Wrought and seamed silver card case; rectangular body with a hinged lid and bezel; repoussé chased image of St. Paul's Cathedral, London on one side surrounded by chased foliate scrolls; chased cartouche engraved, "J Y L/ to/ Aurelia" in script on the other side surrounded by chased flowers, foliate scrolls and grape bunches; maker's marks stamped on the bezel.
Gallery Label:
Nathaniel Mills's mark was used by his sons William and Thomas after his death in 1840.
