Description:
White and blue striped silk child's dress with a low square neckline; enormous puffed long "leg of mutton" sleeves with a wide elasticized wrist; three pleats at the center of the bodice; high waistline with openwork embroidery and a cream silk ribbon strung through that ties in the back; wide round skirt trimmed with a ruffle; four mother-of-pearl buttons up the back.
