Description:
Child's cream cotton dress (b) with a low round neckline trimmed with eyelet lace, short puffed sleeves trimmed with eyelet lace and V-shaped area of tucks and needlepoint lace in the center of bodice; high waistline decorated with needlepoint lace; pleats along waistline; skirt decorated with seventeen rows of tucks.
