Description:
Child's ash fall-front desk; curved front with hinged lower section that forms writing surface and upper section that swivels back to be concealed in space surrounding four interior compartments, both sections with tambour-like wooden strips applied to simulate the appearance of a rolltop; with one top drawer, a lower book shelf joining the two shaped boards that form the sides of the desk, and panelled back.
