Description: 
Dark blue wool women's single-breasted jacket, with double collar and shallow lapels; anchor insignia on the corner of the collars, 4 buttons down the front, closed sleeves (no cuffs), insignia on the left shoulder with white eagle over "I" above one red stripe chevron, false pockets at each breast; 3 panels at the back; lined with dark blue silk, horizontal slit pocket at each breast.
