Description: 
Dark blue wool single-breasted frock coat; 1 1/2" closed stand-up collar (one hook and eye); 9 buttons down the front; open sleeves with false cuffs, 2 buttons at each wrist; back of coat made in 4 panels, 2 buttons at the waistline near the center above split skirt with a pocket on each side; all buttons cast with shield-breasted eagle clutching a branch and arrows in its talons; bodice breast and skirt pockets lined with brown twill-weave cotton, breast lightly padded and quilted, sleeves lined with white cotton.
