Description:
Handmade dark blue wool single-breasted officer's sack coat; double collar with rounded corners; colonel's shoulder straps with eagle against green ground; 7 buttons down the front; closed sleeves (no cuffs), 3 buttons at each wrist; all buttons cast with eagle above quadrant shield encircled by stars; back made in 2 panels; coat and sleeves lined with cotton, vertical slit breast pocket on each side inside.
