Description:
Rectangular convex metal (probably nickel silver) coffin plate with rounded corners, with engraved inscription reading "Jemima Horn Died 28th Feby. 1814 Aged 64 Years" on front and "Erasmus Phil[p] Died 22nd Septr. 1813 Aged 34 Years" on back; four holes punched at each side of plate to fasten plate to surface, some torn through.
