Description:
Metal coffin plate with four sides, each curved in serpentine shape to point, with chased, beaded border, with engraved inscription reading "William Smith Died May 12th 1857 Aged 81 Yrs. 5 Mo."; four holes punched at each side of plate to fasten plate to surface.
