Description:
Metal coffin plate with four sides, each curved in serpentine shape to point, with chased, beaded border, with engraved inscription reading "Sarah Smith Aged 25 Years 9 months + 23 days Died Dec 11th 1854"; four holes punched at each side of plate to fasten plate to surface.
