Description:
Rectangular, slightly curved metal (probably nickel silver) coffin plate with rounded corners, with engraved inscription reading "Clarence Horn DIED 4TH. MAY 1820 Aged 1 Month 23 Days"; four holes punched at each side of plate to fasten plate to surface.
