A dull silver colored metal coin or pendant embossed on one side with a portrait of a Catholic bishop encircled by "Golden Jubilee/ 1840-1890/ Right Rev. John Loughlin/ Bishop Of Brooklyn", and on the reverse, "Fiftieth Anniversary Of The Ordination To The Priesthood Of Bishop Loughlin/ Oct. 17-20/ 1890". Pierced at the top for hanging.
