Description:
Light blue transfer printed plate with fourteen straight edges; the central view, enclosed is a circualr embellished cartouche, depicts three women in a cabin; one figure is sewing, one reading, and one standing; the border pattern is composed of medallions, Chinese fretwork, and images of four steamships with names their inscribed beneath. (Acadia, Caleduna, Britannia, and Columbia)
