Description:
Blue and white Nanking pattern porcelain creamer; oval bowl with flanged rim decorated with trellis diaper and spear and post bands; bowl decorated with river and island scene including houses, trees, boat, and birds (or flying fish), above a wide band of petals; slightly domed base with border similar to that of rim; curved and tapering cylindrical handle joined below rim by horizontal bridge.
