It reads "Caesars Slot Poker/ A Winning Pair!/ Caesars Emperors Club/ Cash Back-Bet With Your Head, Not Over It/ Caesars Quick Change/ Will Play Credits or Dispense Change Right At Your Machine". Was a coin cup for playing slot machines.
