Description:
Circular cup of white clay with round body and raised circular foot ring; transfer printed decoration in medium blue on outside with two views of neoclassical building within scalloped, oval medallion with flowers on either side; interior has circular transfer-printed medallion with flower and wide floral border at rim (State House at Hartford).
