Description:
Colorless pressed lead glass cup plate; circular form with scalloped edge; narrow curved rim and flat circular well; in well, American eagle with shield on breast, with wings spread and head raised to left, with border of concentric rings interrupted by stars, sprigs to each side of date "1831"; on interior rim, pattern of medallions, fleur-de-lis, and leaves, with background of concentric rings; also on interior rim, sprigs along edge of well, and below date (Lee-Rose 658).
